- Total Aquarium sought reimbursement for after restocking 1,681 fish by going out into the Gulf of Mexico, the Florida Keys and Bahamas catching specimens themselves - $99,766 -

I spoke with the Aquarium and they indicated that they finally did settle with FEMA and that they did get $$$ - don't remember how much - the point remains how absurd FEMA's response was to a group who tried to SAVE $$$ instead of playing the bureaucratic "max out the budget (we don't really have) game"
