If you don't like your BBQ sauce too sweet, then we should take you to Indigo Smoke next time you are in Maplewood. They use Kansas City style BBQ sauce, not as sweet at their Southern cousins. And not my favorite, but you might like it. Maybe it will grow on me with a second experience.
