Too clean - my first reaction to Philly Slim's Cheese-steak (American - Mushrooms - Peppers - Onions) - the fresh roll overpowering the well prepared ingredients - each one standing too tall on their own -
What I was looking for - what I was expecting - was more of a whole - synergy in my cheese-steak - more moisture - I wanted to have trouble eating it neatly - because there was too much for the roll to hold - I wanted my taste buds - my senses to be overwhelmed - instead I couldn't wait to finish - so that I could get going -
